Revers

Terms and Conditions

Last amended on 10 August 2026

These terms and conditions apply between Revers and the Users of the Platform. Please read them carefully before creating an Account or using the Platform. By creating an Account or using the Platform, you accept these terms and conditions.

Revers brings women together through activities and events. As a rule, these events are not organised by Revers itself, but by third parties. What this means for you is set out in Article 5.

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

Account: the personal user profile that a User creates to gain access to the Platform.

Terms and Conditions: these terms and conditions, including the documents to which they refer.

App: the Revers mobile application, available via the Apple App Store, Google Play or another distribution channel specified by Revers.

Community Guidelines: the rules of conduct and content published by Revers on the Platform, which further elaborate on the rules of conduct set out in Article 8.

Event: any activity, meeting, workshop, outing or other event announced or shared via the Platform, regardless of whether it is organised by an Organiser or by Revers.

User / you / your: any individual who visits or uses the Platform, creates an Account, or registers for or participates in an Event via the Platform.

User Content: all information, text, photographs, images, posts, comments, reviews and other content that a User posts, sends or shares on or via the Platform.

Organiser: any third party that organises, offers or runs an Event and whose Event is advertised or shared via the Platform. Revers is never an Organiser. Events organised by Revers itself are governed by Article 7.

Privacy Policy: Revers’ privacy policy, available at https://reversforwomen.be/privacy/.

Platform: the App, the Website and all related online services and functionalities of Revers, collectively and individually.

Revers / we / us: Revers bv, a private limited company, with its registered office at Negenoogstraat 12, 9140 Temse, registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises (KBO) under company number 1029.529.591.

Website: the website www.reversforwomen.be and any other website managed by Revers or through which Revers offers the Platform.

Terms in the singular include the plural and vice versa. Article headings are for guidance only and do not affect the interpretation. Where ‘including’ or ‘such as’ is used, this shall be read as ‘including, without limitation’.

2. Who we are and what we do

Revers operates the Platform: an online community where Events aimed at women are shared, and where Users can meet and connect with one another.

Revers’ role is that of a technical platform and information channel. As a rule, Revers does not itself organise the Events shared via the Platform, does not sell tickets, does not receive payments for Events from Organisers, and does not make any payments to Organisers or Users in this regard.

Revers is not a party to the legal relationship that arises between a User and an Organiser. Article 5 sets this out in more detail.

Our contact details can be found in Article 22.

3. Applicability and acceptance

These Terms and Conditions apply to any use of the Platform, to any Account and to any registration for or participation in an Event arranged via the Platform.

By creating an Account, using the Platform or registering for an Event via the Platform, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and Conditions. Anyone who does not accept these Terms and Conditions may not use the Platform.

The Community Guidelines and the Privacy Policy form an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict, the following order of precedence shall apply, with the document mentioned first taking precedence: (a) the specific terms and conditions of a paid feature as referred to in Article 14, (b) these Terms and Conditions, (c) the Community Guidelines. The Privacy Policy takes precedence over these General Terms and Conditions in all matters relating to the processing of personal data.

Deviations from these General Terms and Conditions are only valid if Revers has expressly agreed to them in writing.

The Dutch version of these Terms and Conditions is the only authentic version. Translations are provided for information purposes only; in the event of any conflict, the Dutch version shall prevail.

4. Access, account and target audience

An Account is required to use most of the Platform’s features. An Account is strictly personal. You can create an Account using your email address or via the Apple or Google sign-in function.

The Platform is intended exclusively for persons aged 18 or over. By creating an Account, you confirm that you have reached that age. Revers will delete any Accounts which it determines or reasonably suspects were created by a minor.

Revers is a platform developed for women. An Account is reserved for people who identify as women.

Revers does not require proof of sex or gender identity and does not carry out any verification in this regard, including verification based on your face, your voice or other biometric data. Revers relies on the declaration made by the User at the time of registration.

Revers does not actively seek out false declarations. It takes action only in response to a report or in the event of clear indications of abuse, and then in accordance with Article 11.

Further information on this policy can be found in the ‘Frequently Asked Questions’ section on the Website.

You undertake to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information upon registration and to keep that information up to date. The use of a false identity, the identity of another person or deliberately incorrect information is prohibited.

You must keep your login details confidential, not share your Account with third parties and not create more than one Account, unless Revers has given its prior written consent.

You must notify Revers immediately if you know or reasonably suspect that your Account or login details have been misused or compromised.

You are responsible for all actions carried out via your Account, unless you can demonstrate that the misuse cannot be attributed to you.

5. Revers’ role in events organised by organisers

This article applies to Events organised by Organisers, that is to say, all Events not organised by Revers itself. Events organised by Revers itself are governed by Article 7.

For those Events, Revers acts solely as a technical platform and information channel. Revers is not involved in the preparation, content, programme, pricing, execution, supervision, safety or handling of those Events.

Any agreement relating to registration for or participation in an Organiser’s Event is concluded exclusively between the User and the relevant Organiser. Revers is not a party to that agreement, nor is it a co-organiser, agent or representative of the Organiser or the User, nor is it a payment intermediary, ticket seller, reseller, or organiser or reseller of package holidays or linked travel arrangements.

Revers does not receive or collect any funds for Organisers’ Events and does not make any payments in connection with them. Payment of any participation, ticket or other fees is made outside the Platform, directly to the Organiser or via a channel designated by the Organiser.

All information regarding an Organiser’s Event, including the description, date, time, venue, price, capacity and admission conditions, is provided by the Organiser. Revers does not check or verify this information and does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness or timeliness.

Revers makes no warranty whatsoever regarding:

  • the quality, safety, legality or conduct of an Organiser’s Event;
  • the identity, capacity, reliability, solvency or competence of an Organiser;
  • the existence of the required licences, insurance, authorisations or declarations on the part of an Organiser; or
  • an Organiser’s Event actually taking place.

The listing of an Event or an Organiser on the Platform does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, quality mark or guarantee by Revers.

Complaints, queries, requests for refunds and claims for compensation relating to an Organiser’s Event must be addressed exclusively to the Organiser concerned. Revers may, on its own initiative and without being obliged to do so, mediate or pass on information, without this giving rise to any liability or obligation on the part of Revers.

You may exercise your statutory rights as a consumer in relation to an Organiser’s Event – including any right of withdrawal, right to a refund or right to conformity – against the Organiser. These Terms and Conditions do not affect those rights, nor do they create any such rights in relation to Revers.

Where Revers organises an Event itself, this will be expressly stated on the Platform. In that case, Article 7 applies.

6. Conditions of access and participation in events

An Organiser may impose its own conditions for participation in its Event. These conditions may relate, amongst other things, to:

  • a minimum or maximum age;
  • possession of a valid ticket, registration or membership;
  • a maximum number of participants or a registration deadline;
  • a certain level of physical fitness, equipment, clothing or language proficiency;
  • specific house rules of the venue; and
  • the Organiser’s own terms and conditions, cancellation policy and privacy statement.

These conditions apply in addition to these General Terms and Conditions and are the sole responsibility of the Organiser. Before registering or participating, you must check for yourself which conditions apply and whether you meet them, and you must comply with them.

Without prejudice to Article 16.4, Revers shall not be liable if you are refused entry to an Event or if you are removed from an Event because you do not meet or comply with the Organiser’s terms and conditions.

Where this functionality is offered, a registration via the Platform is only final following confirmation by the Organiser. Revers merely passes on this confirmation and does not assess the registration. No right to participate arises until such confirmation has been given.

An Organiser may amend, postpone or cancel their Event. Revers will communicate such changes via the Platform once the Organiser has notified Revers of them, but does not guarantee that this will be done in a timely, complete or accurate manner. Refunds and compensation arising from an amendment or cancellation are a matter between the User and the Organiser.

Participation in an Event is entirely at your own risk. You must assess for yourself, prior to your participation, whether the Event is suitable and safe for you, taking into account the nature of the activity, the location, the time and your personal circumstances.

When you register, you undertake to attend or to cancel in good time via the Platform or by contacting the Organiser. Repeated failure to comply with this undertaking constitutes a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in measures being taken in accordance with Article 11.

Visual or audio recordings made at an Organiser’s Event are the responsibility of the Organiser. Articles 9 and 15 govern visual material produced or used by Revers itself.

7. Revers’ own events

This article applies exclusively to Events organised by Revers itself and designated as such on the Platform.

Revers may amend the programme, content, date, time, venue and supervision of its own Events. Revers will notify participants of any substantial changes as soon as possible.

Revers may cancel one of its own Events, for example in the event of an insufficient number of registrations or in the event of force majeure. Any participation fees paid will be refunded in such cases.

Revers may refuse entry to one of its own Events or remove a participant, including in the event of inappropriate or disruptive behaviour, failure to comply with instructions, the maximum capacity being reached, or other circumstances that prevent the smooth running of the Event. Removal due to a shortcoming attributable to the User does not give rise to any right to a refund or compensation.

Participation in one of Revers’ own Events is at your own risk, without prejudice to Article 16.4.

8. Code of conduct

You must use the Platform and participate in Events with respect for other Users, the Organisers, Revers staff, the law, public order and public decency.

It is prohibited, via the Platform or during an Event, to:

  • intimidate, threaten, stalk, harass or make unwanted sexual advances towards other people;
  • disseminate discriminatory, hateful, racist, inflammatory, violent, obscene or defamatory content;
  • disseminate, publish or use outside the Platform any personal data, images, messages or other information belonging to other Users without their consent;
  • recording conversations, messages or Events without the consent of those involved, except where permitted by law;
  • to carry out commercial activities, recruit or solicit individuals for sales or recruitment schemes, or send unsolicited advertising messages, without Revers’ prior consent;
  • impersonate another person or a representative of Revers or an Organiser;
  • provide incorrect information during registration or in the Account, including a false statement within the meaning of Article 4 ;
  • to circumvent or breach the security of the Platform, to distribute malicious software, or to use the Platform in a manner that may impede or damage its operation;
  • using automated programmes, including bots, crawlers and scrapers, to access the Platform or to extract data from the Platform; and
  • use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in breach of the Community Guidelines.

You must report any serious incidents of which you become aware on the Platform or during an Event via the reporting mechanism in the App or via info@reversforwomen.be, in accordance with Article 11.

Revers is not an assistance, security or emergency service and does not monitor what takes place between Users outside the Platform. In the event of an emergency or a criminal offence, you must immediately contact the emergency services on 112 and, where appropriate, the police.

9. User content

You remain solely responsible for the User Content that you post, send or share on or via the Platform. Revers is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, reliability or lawfulness of User Content.

You represent and warrant that you hold all the rights and permissions necessary to post your User Content and to grant Revers the licence set out in Article 9.3, and that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, image rights and the right to the protection of personal data.

You grant Revers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable and sub-licensable licence to use, reproduce, reformat, display and communicate your User Content to the public, to the extent necessary for the operation, security and promotion of the Platform. This licence remains in force for as long as the User Content remains on the Platform and for a reasonable period thereafter, as required for backups and to comply with legal obligations. Revers will not use your User Content for marketing purposes outside the Platform without your separate, prior consent.

Revers is not obliged to review User Content in advance and is not subject to a general duty of supervision. Revers is, however, entitled to review User Content and, in accordance with Article 11, to remove it or make it inaccessible.

Revers is not a storage provider and does not guarantee that User Content can be recovered or returned to the User. You must keep your own copy of any content you wish to retain.

10. Child safety: CSAE and CSAM

Revers operates a zero-tolerance policy regarding child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) on the Platform, including the Revers mobile application. This article constitutes Revers’ publicly accessible child safety standard.

CSAE is understood to mean any content or behaviour that sexually exploits, abuses or endangers a minor, including approaching a minor with a view to sexual exploitation (grooming), sextortion, human trafficking for the purpose of sexual exploitation, and any other form of sexual exploitation of a minor. CSAM refers to any visual representation, including photographs, videos and computer-generated images, in which a minor engages in or is involved in sexually explicit behaviour.

The Platform is intended exclusively for persons aged 18 or over. Accounts which Revers determines or reasonably suspects belong to a minor will be immediately deactivated and deleted, subject to the retention provisions set out in Article 17.

It is strictly prohibited to, via the Platform:

  • possess, upload, share, distribute, offer, request or refer to or link to CSAM;
  • approach, persuade or manipulate a minor with a view to sexual contact, sexual images or sexual exploitation;
  • to sexualise, sexually depict or describe a minor, or to share content that incites such behaviour;
  • to threaten or blackmail a minor using sexual visual or audio material;
  • to mediate, incite or facilitate human trafficking, prostitution or any other form of exploitation of a minor; or
  • engaging in any other conduct that falls under CSAE.

Revers provides a reporting mechanism within the App that allows any User to report content or behaviour without having to leave the App. Reports can also be sent to info@reversforwomen.be.

You can also report incidents falling under CSAE or CSAM directly to the police and to Child Focus, via the freephone number 116 000 or via www.childfocus.be. Reporting an incident to an external body does not affect Revers’ obligation to take action itself in accordance with this article.

As soon as Revers becomes aware of CSAM or of conduct falling under CSAE, Revers will:

  • immediately remove the content in question or render it inaccessible;
  • immediately suspend and permanently terminate the Account in question;
  • retain the relevant data and metadata and hand over the material to the competent authorities, without retaining it for longer than is necessary and legally permitted for that purpose;
  • report the matter to the competent police forces or the public prosecutor’s office and notify Child Focus and the other competent authorities; and
  • cooperate with any investigation by the competent authorities within the limits of the applicable legislation.

Revers complies with the applicable legislation on the protection of minors, including Belgian criminal law on the sexual abuse of minors and the relevant European regulations.

Revers’ child safety point of contact is Mayté De Cauwer, who can be contacted at info@reversforwomen.be.

This child safety standard is publicly available at https://reversforwomen.be/voorwaarden/.

11. Reports, moderation and enforcement

Any User or third party may report User Content, behaviour or an Event via the reporting mechanism in the App or via info@reversforwomen.be. A report should specify, as precisely as possible, the content or behaviour in question, the reason for the report and, where possible, its location.

Revers will deal with reports within a reasonable timeframe and in a careful, non-arbitrary and objective manner. The assessment is carried out by a Revers employee; no fully automated decision-making is used. Where required by law, Revers will communicate its decision and the reasons for it to the reporter and to the User concerned.

Depending on the severity of the identified breach, Revers may, amongst other things, take the following measures:

  • remove User content or make it inaccessible;
  • issue a warning;
  • restrict certain features of the Platform;
  • restrict the visibility of an Account or User Content;
  • temporarily suspend an Account;
  • permanently terminate and delete an Account;
  • refuse access to Events; and
  • refuse to accept a new registration from the person concerned.

Revers will choose a measure proportionate to the breach identified. Except in the cases referred to in Article 11.5, the User concerned will be given the opportunity to state their position before an Account is permanently terminated.

In the event of serious offences, Revers may take immediate action without prior warning. Serious offences include, amongst others: CSAE and CSAM as defined in Article 10, a reasonable suspicion of a User being a minor, threats, violence, sexual harassment, stalking, identity fraud, the disclosure of other Users’ personal data, and any behaviour that poses a risk to the safety of other Users.

You may contest a decision by Revers via info@reversforwomen.be. Revers will investigate the dispute and communicate its reasoned decision within a reasonable period. In exceptional cases, Revers will provide only limited grounds for its decision, for example where a full statement of reasons would jeopardise the safety of other Users or the effectiveness of an investigation.

A measure taken under this article does not entitle the User to any compensation, without prejudice to Article 16.4.

Revers may transfer data and content to the competent judicial, police or administrative authorities where it is legally obliged to do so or where this is necessary to prevent or combat a serious threat to the safety of persons.

12. Availability and changes to the Platform

Revers endeavours to make the Platform available as much as possible, but does not guarantee that it will function at all times without interruptions, errors or malfunctions.

Revers may temporarily take the Platform offline for maintenance, modifications, updates or improvements, and may add, change or discontinue features. Revers will give as much advance notice as possible of any substantial and planned interruptions.

You are responsible for the equipment, software, internet connection and associated costs required to use the Platform, and for installing updates in a timely manner.

Downloading and using the App may be subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant app store. Those terms and conditions apply in addition to these General Terms and Conditions and fall outside Revers’s responsibility.

13. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including the App, the Website, the software, the databases, the design, the texts, the images, the trademarks, the logos and the trade names, belong to Revers or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions transfers any intellectual property rights.

Revers grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable licence to use the Platform for your personal and non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. That licence shall automatically terminate upon the termination of your Account.

Without Revers’ prior written consent, you are not permitted to:

  • reproduce, distribute, publish, modify or create derivative works of the Platform or any part thereof;
  • extract, collect or reuse data from the Platform by automated means;
  • decompile or reverse engineer the Platform, except to the extent permitted by mandatory law;
  • use content from the Platform as input, training, refinement or evaluation data for an artificial intelligence system or for any other machine learning system; or
  • use Revers’ trademarks, logos or other distinctive signs.

Where you provide Revers with feedback, suggestions or ideas regarding the Platform, Revers may use these free of charge, worldwide and without any time limit, for the further development of the Platform, without this giving rise to any remuneration or rights for you.

14. Free use and future paid features

Use of the Platform is free of charge as at the date of these Terms and Conditions. Revers does not charge any fee for access to the Platform or for registering for Organisers’ Events. A participation fee may be charged for Revers’ own Events; this will be clearly stated in advance.

Revers may offer paid features, subscriptions or services in the future. These will be clearly marked as paid on the Platform, stating the price including VAT and any additional costs, the essential characteristics, the duration and the method of termination.

A paid feature only comes into effect once you have expressly accepted it and confirmed your payment obligation. Revers will then provide you with a confirmation on a durable medium.

As a consumer, in the case of a distance contract relating to a paid feature, you have a right of withdrawal of fourteen calendar days, starting from the day after the contract is concluded. You may exercise this right by sending an unambiguous statement to info@reversforwomen.be. Revers will also make the statutory model withdrawal form available on the Website as soon as it offers paid features.

In the case of the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal lapses if performance has begun with your prior express consent and you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. Revers will expressly request such consent and acknowledgement at the time of purchase.

In the case of a digital service, your right of withdrawal remains in force until the service has been fully performed. If you have requested that performance commence during the withdrawal period, you will, upon withdrawal, pay an amount proportionate to what has already been provided.

Payments are made via the payment functionality of the relevant app store or via a payment service provider designated by Revers. Revers does not store any payment card details.

In the event of any conflict between these General Terms and Conditions and the specific terms and conditions of a paid feature, the specific terms and conditions shall take precedence in respect of the matters they expressly govern.

Even where Revers offers paid features, Article 5 remains fully applicable: Revers does not collect any funds for Organisers’ Events and does not become a party to the agreement between the User and the Organiser.

15. Privacy and images

Revers processes personal data in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation and in accordance with the Privacy Policy, available at https://reversforwomen.be/privacy/.

You may only use other Users’ personal data within the Platform and for the purpose for which it was shared. Any use beyond this is at your own risk, and in such cases you yourself act as the data controller within the meaning of the applicable legislation.

Photographs and video recordings may be taken at Revers’ own Events. Revers will seek your consent in advance and record this consent for each participant. You will not be depicted in a recognisable manner without your consent.

You may withdraw your consent at any time. Revers will then remove the relevant images from its own channels without delay. Revers has no control over copies that third parties may have previously obtained.

Visual material produced at Events organised by Organisers falls under the responsibility of the relevant Organiser, as set out in Article 6.

16. Liability

Revers undertakes a best-efforts obligation with regard to the Platform. Revers does not undertake any obligation as to the result with regard to the number, nature or quality of the Events, the contacts or the friendships established via the Platform.

Revers shall not, within the limits set out in Article 16.4, be liable for any damage arising from:

  • the organisation, content, conduct, safety or cancellation of an Event organised by an Organiser;
  • the acts or omissions of an Organiser, another User or a third party, during or after an Event or a contact established via the Platform;
  • User content or information provided by Organisers or Users;
  • damage to, loss or theft of personal belongings during an Event;
  • the temporary or permanent unavailability of the Platform or any of its features;
  • the loss, damage or unavailability of User Content or other data; and
  • indirect and consequential damages, to the extent that mandatory consumer law permits their exclusion.

Without prejudice to Article 16.4, Revers’ total liability is limited to the amount paid out by its insurer in the relevant case, or, in the absence of such a payout, to EUR 2,500 per claim and EUR 5,000 per calendar year.

Nothing in these General Terms and Conditions limits or excludes Revers’ liability for fraud, for its wilful misconduct, for its gross negligence, for damage to a person’s life or physical integrity, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under mandatory law. The consumer’s statutory rights remain unaffected.

You shall indemnify Revers against any claims by third parties arising from a breach by you of these General Terms and Conditions or of the law, from your User Content, or from your conduct on the Platform or during an Event. This indemnity shall not apply insofar as the claim results from a fault on the part of Revers, and shall apply only within the limits permitted by mandatory consumer law.

You may only bring a claim relating to the Platform against Revers and not against its directors, employees, agents or subcontractors in their personal capacity. This clause does not apply to fraud, to a deliberate fault or gross negligence on the part of the person concerned, to damage to a person’s life or physical integrity, nor to any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.

17. Term, suspension and termination

These Terms and Conditions apply for an indefinite period, from the creation of your Account until its termination.

You may delete your Account at any time and without giving reasons using the function provided for this purpose in the App. You may also request deletion via https://reversforwomen.be/account-verwijderen/ or via info@reversforwomen.be.

Revers may terminate these Terms and Conditions and your Account by giving 30 days’ notice, without this giving rise to any right to compensation.

Revers may suspend or terminate your Account with immediate effect in accordance with Article 11.

Upon termination of your Account, you will lose access to the Platform and your User Content will be deleted or made inaccessible, except to the extent that Revers is required or permitted to retain data to comply with a legal obligation, to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim, or in the context of a moderation case. The Privacy Policy sets out the applicable retention periods.

Those clauses which, by their nature, are intended to survive termination shall remain in force, including Article 9.3 for the duration specified therein, and Articles 13, 15, 16, 20 and 21.

18. Amendments to these terms and conditions

Revers may amend or supplement these Terms and Conditions, including to bring them into line with changes in legislation, new features or changes to working practices.

Substantial amendments will be notified at least 30 days before they come into effect via the App, the Website or by email. Non-substantial amendments will be published on the Website and will come into effect immediately.

If you do not accept the amended Terms and Conditions, you may delete your Account before the amendment comes into effect. If you continue to use the Platform after the amendment comes into effect, you will be deemed to have accepted the amendment.

The most recent version of these Terms and Conditions is always available via the Website and via the App.

19. Force majeure

Revers is not obliged to fulfil an obligation if it is prevented from doing so by force majeure, that is to say, by circumstances beyond its reasonable control which it could not have foreseen or avoided. Force majeure includes, but is not limited to: extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, epidemics and pandemics, government measures, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, power cuts, cyber-attacks, and the failure of internet, hosting, cloud or telecommunications services.

In the event of force majeure, the relevant obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the force majeure. If the force majeure lasts for more than 60 days, either party may terminate the relevant obligations without liability for damages.

20. Complaints, governing law and disputes

Complaints regarding the Platform or Revers’ services may be submitted via info@reversforwomen.be. Revers will acknowledge receipt and respond within a reasonable period and, in any event, within 30 days. Complaints regarding an Event organised by an Organiser must be addressed to the Organiser in accordance with Article 5.

As a consumer, if a dispute cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, you may also contact the Consumer Ombudsman Service (www.consumentenombudsdienst.be) or another competent body for out-of-court dispute resolution.

These General Terms and Conditions and all legal relationships arising therefrom are governed by Belgian law. For a User acting as a consumer, this choice of law does not prejudice the protection they enjoy under the mandatory provisions of the law of their habitual residence.

For a User acting as a consumer, disputes shall be brought before the court designated by law. Revers may only bring a claim against a consumer before the court of the consumer’s place of residence. For any other User, the courts of the judicial district of Antwerp, Antwerp division, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

21. Final provisions

Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions be void, unlawful or unenforceable, the remainder of these General Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect. The provision in question shall be reduced to what is legally permissible or, if that is not possible, replaced by a valid provision that approximates the original intention as closely as possible.

Revers’ failure to exercise a right, or its failure to exercise it immediately, shall not constitute a waiver of that right.

Revers may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions to an affiliated company or as part of a transfer of its business, provided that your rights are not thereby diminished. You may not assign your rights and obligations without Revers’ prior written consent.

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Community Guidelines and the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between Revers and the User in relation to the Platform.

In cases not covered by these Terms and Conditions, Revers shall act reasonably.
